New Surplus 3665 hp Caterpillar G3612LE-A3 Ariel KBZ/4

The existing unit is a new, never used single-stage sweet service reciprocating compressor package, originally built by Enerflex in 2016 with the following:

• Ariel KBZ/4 compressor frame.
• (4) 9.250” ZK cylinders rated 2400 psig MAWP.
• AXH 156-2ZF cooler.
• Spartan REMVue 500 control panel.
• The package is designed for a Caterpillar G3612LE ADEM 3 natural gas engine. However, the original driver was installed and then later sold. Black Iron can offer this package with or without a replacement G3612LE-A3 engine.
• Package is currently disassembled for shipping.
• Black Iron can also quote package re-assembly and building upon request.

This existing unit can be purchased as-is per the above details, or retrofitted to a 2-stage or 3-stage sour service configuration, including the following:

• Caterpillar OEM ‘zero hour’ G3612TA-A3 natural gas engine rated 3665 hp.
• Ariel KBZ/4 recip compressor frame c/w cylinders to suit your application.
• Two (2) new surplus AXH 156-2ZF coolers w/ electric driven fans.
• New field erected building.
• Existing REMVue 500 control panel will be upgraded and re-programmed as required.
• Drawing package and QC data, including 3D model.
