R1 cylinder valves were not opening when barring engine over to inspect that cylinder . Valve cover was removed and found the valve bridges are missing. The other cylinders were all in tact. A few items missing on this engine as well - starter and piping, coolant thermostat housing, and throttle linkage. The tarnish is breaking off in the piston turn around area. Very hard material. It is bouncing around in most cylinders. Has not caused any scuffing to cylinders yet. Engine is in ok shape other wise. Turns over free. Turbos spin freely.
